Hippies in Hills, you guys rock! You made my first trek so memorable that I am now hooked to more mountain climbing and exploring. I cant thank you enough for the pampering that you gave me. Your team is great, and they made sure that we enjoyed our trek. I could accomplish the Bashleo 3 day trek thanks to your folks. I am going to come back for more….see you soon !
Had an experience of a lifetime. Wish rating could be higher than 5 stars. The warmth and hospitality was commendable to survive and trek to 18000 ft with all you guys. A die hard fan girl and up for more adventures and exploring in the future. Keep discovering more paradise to wander. And definitely highly recommendable.
I went on a trip to spiti with hippie in hills. It was my first trek ever and turned out to be one hell of an experience thanks to these guys! Managed to climb upto 18000ft in difficult weather conditions. Trekking is more about the mind than your body and we felt amazingly driven amongst their team of genuine adventure lovers. In travel, what matters is the experience you bring back and these guys deliver just that. Highly recommended!
Our first experience and our first trek to chanderkhani was made an absolute bliss by hippie in hills . Can’t think of a better organised trek for a beginner
I recently went to Spiti with Hippie in hills and it was a fantastic experience which ranged from well organized logistics to true local flavor and overall experience. So me and my friends decided on going for a trip to Spiti valley in Himachal and chose hippie in hills as our organisers and boy, they do know their stuff. The trip couldn’t be better. From the food to accommodation and the guide everything was just beyond expectation. They strive to give you that organic feeling which everyone hopes to receive in the hills. Anyone looking for a trip in the north, look no further!

I went ‘Bashleo Pass’ with Hippie in Hills. I found best co- ordination between the whole staff, had delicious food in d middle forest, enjoyed bonfire or I can say” bigfire” with amazing Pahari songs sung by d whole staff along with us. It’s an unforgettable trip as I hv learnt many useful tips from “Gaurav Thakur” for my future treks. From the”pickup to the drop”… Everything was just brilliant. Already planning my next trip with “Hippie in Hills”.
Hello Gaurav and team Hippie!
Hope you guys are doing well and are away from the confines of your office/s and wandering through vast meadows, sprawling forests or scaling rugged peaks!
I am writing in, albeit a bit late, to say thank you for a very wonderfully organised trek to Bhrigu, a week ago. The facilities at the campsite by Himalayan Frontier was great. The food, general cleanliness and the upkeep of the campsite was better than what I had expected.
The trek it self was visually stunning and and engaging treat for the senses. I am attaching images of the trek, as promised, for your record. Please feel free to use them if you see fit.
A big thank you to Tikam. He was excellent in his conduct, knowledge of the terrain, handling of the the trek and his generally amicable disposition. We had great fun.
Thank you Akshay and Aayush for the all the minute arrangements. And for being patient with my constant barrage of silly queries. Aayush – Duffdun cottage was amazing! I may get in touch with you for a plan my friends and I have for later this year.
Gaurav, I’m still stoked that you went out of your way to ride down to Naggar to pick me up and make sure that I made it to the trek. That was very kind of you.
